The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story low rise building on Banyan Drive in Hilo. The sea breezes keep you cool and the waves keep you calm. It's quite frankly wonderful! The building is located less than a 1 mile from Hilo airport, University of Hawaii, Hilo Medical Center, shopping malls, and super markets. It's centrally located and positioned for a variety of experiences - including a trip up to the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
The rates vary according to length of stay and special seasons of the year. Normally the rate is $85/night for stays less than 1-7 days.
$75/night for stays between 7-13 days.
$55/night for 14-21 days.
$45/night for 21-30 days.
However, for bookings during the Merry Monarch Hula Festival the rate is $95/night.
There is a one time $40 cleaning fee and local and state taxes may apply.

If you're not already familiar with the Reeds Bay Hotel and Condos, please note that it has gained quite a reputation for being safe, secure and clean ~ yet maintaining reasonable rates.
One of the three main reasons travelers consistently choose this condo as their source accommodations in the Hilo area is having a kitchenette. It has everything available for cooking your own meals. Stores and shops are actually within walking distance.
Parking is free, although even the city bus stops here.
You'll love the King size bed and being able to watch Cable TV on a flat screen TV mounted high enough on the adjacent wall for comfortable viewing.
In addition, having your own FREE high speed internet connection right in your room is SO convenient.... you won't have to go down to the lobby to use your computer. Just bring your own computer!
