Cancellations
- $25 handling fee for all cancellations.
- Multiple room booking - $25 cancellation fee for each room canceled.
- Within 14 days prior notice to arrival deposits will be cheerfully refunded minus cancellation fee, except on holidays and Merrie Monarch where we'll need 6 weeks notice for cancellation notices.
- Holidays - refund will be given ONLY if the room or rooms can be re-rented.

Early departure
Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your booking, unless we are able to re-rent the remainder of your reservation.

There's still a bit more small print.... Smoking is permissible in the parking lot - NOT inside the house or on the porches.
- For your safety, we have installed smoke detectors in every bedroom. If you hear the smoke alarm, please exit the house promptly. If you hear annoying beeps, please call us to replace batteries.
- Quiet hours are from 11 P.M. - 8 A.M.
- Replacement/repair fee for damaged or stolen property will be charged to the registered guest.
- Complimentary flashlights, back-packs, rain jacks, and a first-aid kits available first-come, first serve basis. You are responsible for batteries, although most come equipped.
